Our Mission​
  • To study the entire body of inspired Scriptures contained in the Holy Bible for the determination of Christian principles and truth revealed to us by Almighty God, and the practice of those principles and that truth in our Christian experience.
  • To be a worshiping fellowship, experiencing an awareness of God, recognizing His person, and responding in obedience to His leadership.
  • To experience an increasingly meaningful fellowship with God and fellow believers.
  • To help people experience a growing knowledge of God and man.
  • To be a church that ministers unselfishly to people in the community and the world in Jesus’ name.
  • To be a church with the purpose of being Christlike in our daily living by emphasizing total commitment of life, personality, and possessions to the Lordship of Christ.
To be a dynamic spiritual organism empowered by the Holy Spirit to share Christ with as many people as possible in our Church, community and throughout the world.
Our Core Beliefs
​We affirm the Holy Bible as the inspired word of God and the basis for our beliefs. This church subscribes to the doctrinal statement of The Baptist Faith and Message 2000 (sbc.net) as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention in 2000. We voluntarily band ourselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind. The ordinances of the church are Believer’s Baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
Our Organization
​As is the case in other Baptist churches, we are completely autonomous in structure, governance, and practice. You can get an understanding of our structure and governance by reading our Constitution and By-Laws adopted August 22, 2007. Regarding practice, we strive to be warm and friendly to all, whether member or visitor.  We do not think God is nervous, so raising hands, expressing praise, and joyfulness as we worship is not only acceptable but encouraged.  We believe God has a sense of humor and it is ok, even healthy, to laugh and have fun.  At the same time, we are deeply committed to God’s Word believing that it is the most complete, accurate, and thorough physical resource available to successfully guide us through life.  Of course, the best way to understand us in a practical way is to experience it for yourself.  Please do join us as we worship together.
